It’s ‘D’ Day! At last, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are going to be wedded today in holy matrimony.

Their pre-wedding ceremonies have already concluded with Ranbir hosting the mehendi and haldi ceremonies at his residence Vastu. Cousins Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor were the first to arrive while the big daddy of Bollywood Karan Johar who calls himself the father of the bride too took part in the rituals – he put the first mehndi shagun on Alia.

The wedding supposedly will be a close-knit affair attended by family members and close friends. In fact, Alia’s half brother Rahul Bhatt confirmed that there would be just 28 people attending the wedding.

Interestingly, RK’s ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone reacted with a like on Ayan Mukerji’s wedding confirmation post for the couple.
