Some Bangladesh film stars seem to be following the wild, wild west. Why do we say that? Well, supposedly actors Zayed Khan and Omar Sani recently crossed verbal swords and things reached a boiling point when Zayed Khan allegedly threatened to shoot Omar.

It all happened at actor Monowar Hossain Dipjol’s son’s wedding… when all were enjoying the band baja and baraat… Omar and Zayed clashed.  And,how!

Verbal outbursts were at its zenith but what one gathered from onlookers was that Zayed supposedly threatened to shoot Omar when Omar accused Zayed of harassing his wife Moushumi.

Zayed however in an interview claimed that it was all humbug and that he and Omar had not met in fact at the wedding. Omar however, says Zayed whipped out a pistol and threatened to kill him at the wedding.

Omar further says that Zayed has been harassing his wife, sending her unwarranted texts and whatspp messages, telling her what colour to wear etc. Supposedly, Omar was so outraged that he confronted Zayed and that’s when all the furore happened.

Tut tut, was this all a publicity stunt to get the actor’s their 15 minutes of fame or is there a more serious undercurrent happening here? Let’s wait ‘n’ watch.
