One of the good things Covid has taught us is to make us aware of how important it is to take a break for the betterment of our mental and physical health. This is the reason why diet and nutrition have become the order of the day for everyone. Celebs are no different.

Ssudeep Sahir: I make sure I get some kind of natural protein in my body every day. Three-four egg whites daily and eating 4-5 mini meals every 2-3 hours work well for me. All these keep my metabolism going.

Ashoka Thackur: I drink fresh juice every day and also drink water half an hour after every meal.

Gaurav Singh: I try to eat homemade food as much as possible, except when I am travelling. At that time I make sure to avoid fried or processed food. I try to include nuts, fruits, vegetables, and eggs in my diet for adequate fiber, good fat, and proteins. For actors, I would suggest carrying fruits like apples, bananas, peaches, and dry fruits like lotus seeds (makhana), cashew, walnut, and almond in your bag while going for auditions or on the shoot. Also in summer sattu is one of the best, it’s a super food you can carry with you.

Sudhanshu Pandey: The two nutrition disciplines that I follow is that up to 12 noon I only eat fruits or dry fruits and only post 12 noon I cook my first meal. I start my day with a glass of warm water and also have one cup of warm water before I sleep.

Charrul Malik: Every morning I have a glass of chiaseed-soaked water or flax seeds-soaked water or methi-seed soaked water. Every alternate day I follow this routine as it’s very good for health. I also consume 4-5 almonds soaked in water daily, and organic jaggery post meals, Lil quantity without fail.

Himanshu A Malhotra: I started to eat one avocado a day for healthy fats or have soup or salads or khichdi for lunch. I don’t eat heavy meals at night.

Manish Naggdev: I drink buttermilk daily and one piece of dark cocoa chocolate daily.

Shehzada Dhami: I have steamed/sauté vegetables & Mashed potatoes daily.

Vijayendra Kumeria: I try my best to have a diet that is nutritious. Also, your intake of vegetables and fruits are important. I follow this one simple rule. I drink vegetables and eat fruits. I drink mixed vegetable juice and eat at least one fruit daily.

Aditya Deshmukh: Diet and nutrition have become an important factor for all in our day-to-day life, not only for the actors but for everyone actually. Everyone should follow it because it is necessary. I have a sweet tooth so I do eat dark chocolates to deal with my cravings. I eat lots of dates too as it works as a fat burner too. I also have honey with lemon water for cleansing.

Mitu: I drink celery and green juice in the morning. I avoid having tea/coffee till 4 pm in spite of being a tea/coffee addict.
