Aditya Panshcoli is in the spotlight again. This time, it’s because of an ugly battle of blows that Aditya had with Sam Fernandez who is the producer of Sooraj Panscholi’s film ‘Hawa Singh’ – a biopic film about an Indian boxer – that happened at a hotel in Mumbai.
The brouhaha between the two resulted in both of them filing ‘NC’s at the nearest police station. Aditya stated in his complaint that he had lent Rs 90 lakh 50 thousand rupees to Sam Fernandes for the film starring Sooraj. He provided proof of money transfer along with the complaint and has filed a NC against the producer at the Santacruz Police Station.
According to the NC filed by Sam Fernandez, Aditya kicked and beat up the producer for not returning Rs 90 lac 50 thousand rupees that he had given him to continue the production of the film. The film started production in 2019 and then covid hit. As things came to a stop, the producers’ investors also backed out and he had to shelve the film.
The producer acknowledged that Aditya had given him the money to restart the film but it was not enough for producing the entire film. He had told Aditya the pitfalls of producing a film and due to the lack of investors who did not want to back up Sooraj, he could not produce the film.
