That’s right…Dhanashree Verma, who is also ace cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife, is doing what she loves most… dancing and creating unique steps. This time, Ms Verma Chahal has asked users to create unique and unconventional dance moves while sitting and doing their daily tasks called the #BaitheBaitheKyaKarein challenge for TakaTak by Moj
This challenge allows millennials and GenZ to break away from boring traditional dancing patterns and develop a new dance routine.
This will also give five of the best choreographies the chance to be featured on TakaTak by Moj’s discover page at the end of the campaign.
Dhanashree, an actor and choreographer with a long history with TakaTak by Moj as a creator, set the tone for the campaign by showcasing her unconventional dance moves on some of Bollywood’s favourite numbers such as Desi Girl, It’s the time to Disco, and Param Sundari, challenging her fellow creators to choreograph similar out-of-the-box moves.
Dhanashree Verma says, “Dancing is my way of escaping from the daily routine of life. It helps me troubleshoot on bad days and footloose on the best day. There are also long working days and a hectic schedule that can be daunting for dance enthusiasts like me. To break up this monotony, the TakaTak by Moj team and I immediately thought of the #BaitheBaitheKyaKarein challenge. This challenge is for all the busy bees whose desire to dance is hindered by their demanding schedules. They can now create hook steps and choreograph dance moves that can be performed while sitting -We think combining a little innovation and a lot more fun can create a one-of-a-kind challenge that will entertain everyone. So keep dancing because it is one of the most liberating and free forms of expression.”
Talking about the unconventional dance challenge, Parul Menghani – VP & Head of Content, TakaTak by Moj, said, “In today’s fast-paced world, where everyone’s donning numerous hats and juggling multiple roles simultaneously, our passion often tends to take a backseat. Hence #BaitheBaitheKyaKarein with Dhanashree is a fantastic challenge that lets you kill two birds with one stone, allowing you to indulge in your passion without having to take time out for it separately. The kind of entries on the app is a testament to the fact that our country is booming with talent all around and that the ‘Dancing with your hands’ trend is already taking off.”
Toh abhi bhi baithe kyun ho? Put on those ‘dancing gloves, it’s time to show the world your ‘handful’ hook steps.
