Her fighting spirit is something everyone is in awe of and her picture on social media only made way for some heartfelt appreciation of her courage. After a good 10-day recovery buffer, the actress shared another video of her practicing stretches and being the mindful yogi she is.
‘Pair Toota Hai, Himmat nahi. Yoga se hi Hoga,’ she affirmed as she practiced some soft stretches on her supporting chair.
She shared the video on Instagram, giving us yet another reason to smile at her spirit and positivity. She captioned her video as – “After 10 days of resting in, I realised… no reason is good enough to not stretch. So, even though the injury needs me to take it easy for a few weeks, inactivity can make you rusty, So… I decided to practice the routine of Parvatasana, followed by Utthita Parsvakonasana, and concluded with Bharadwajasana. Anyone who is unable to sit on the floor, or is suffering from knee or back pain can do these stretches on the chair. These asanas are beneficial to strengthen & improve the flexibility of the spine & the back muscle, and are also helpful for the digestive system. However, the third pose ‘Bharadwajasana (twisting pose)’ should be avoided during pregnancy. Don’t let anything get in the way of your routine. You can overcome the biggest hurdles simply by believing YOU CAN and having the WILL to change things.”
She shared some helpful yoga postures with her fans and recited the need to be mindful at all times. The Baazigar fame actress never fails to spread her positive aura with her resilience, giving her fans a wonderful insight into her spiritual being.
The actress is currently prepping up for her roles in ‘Nikamma’, ‘Sukhee’, and her web debut in Rohit Shetty’s Indian Police Force’ alongside Siddharth Malhotra.
