In the middle there was a huge buzz about top comedienne  Kapil Sharma… that he was unprofessional, reached late to the sets (a lot of top actors were made to wait for him for hours)etc. Of course, after Salman Khan became the producer of his show, Kapil cleaned up his act and started to behave himself.

But recently, we’ve heard that Sai USA Inc has filed a lawsuit against Kapil Sharma for breach of contract for his 2015 tour of North America. Amit Jailty, the man helming Sai USA Inc , however, refused to give any comment regarding the lawsuit.

 In fact, when Stardust contacted Amit Jailty about the case he has filed against Kapil Sharma, he did not want to talk much about the case as he wanted the court to decide and give a verdict.

Amit was the National Promoter of The Kapil Sharma Tour in 2015 for USA and Canada. He paid $ 1.0 million to Kapil Sharma and his company K9 Productions but then he was replaced as the National Promoter of the tour.
